This vintage style girls skirt is made from high quality 100% cotton fabric with a retro daisy print. I have made the waistband from stretch cotton spandex for a more flexible and comfortable fit. It can be worn on the waist or hips depending on the desired length you'd like.

Having a super comfy elastic waist band will enable this skirt to stretch as your child grows.
