How do I choose the right size?

I have included a measurement chart for most of my clothes in each individual listing. This is the measurements of the clothing (not your body), you can compare these to clothing of your own to help you choose the right size. My sizing may vary between different styles of clothing. I quite often buy my patterns from different designers, so their standard measurements aren’t always the same. It’s best to check the size chart for the actual item you are buying.


Do you do custom orders?

Sometimes I do, depending on what it is you want and if I have the fabric available. Please see my custom orders page for more info. No refunds or exchanges will be given on custom made orders unless the item is faulty or not as described.


My item arrived and it's not the right size.

If something has arrived and you have chosen the wrong size, you can return it for an exchange. You'll just have to pay for the extra postage charges. No refunds or exchanges will be given on custom made orders unless the item is faulty or not as described. You have 30 days to arrange this from the date you have received the item.


I'm not happy with my purchase, what do I do?

I will happily refund or exchange if the item isn't as described or is faulty, not just if you change your mind. Just post it back to me in original unworn and unwashed condition within 30 days of the product arriving, preferably with tags still attached. No refunds or exchanges will be given on custom made orders unless the item is faulty or not as described. Return and additional postage prices must be paid for by the buyer.


Postage prices & handling time.

All items are sent through either Australia Post or Sendle couriers. I post orders within 1 to 2 business days of receiving payment. Postage within Australia usually takes around 5 business days, and international postage can take up to 2 weeks. This is a guide only as these times can vary. Delays can sometimes occur that are out of my control.


Where is my item?

Sometimes postage can be a bit slow so please allow a bit extra time. If your package still hasn't shown up after a reasonable amount of time, try contacting your local post office to see if it's there, or even check with your neighbours to see if it's been delivered to the wrong house. Otherwise, please email me and i'll do my best to fix the problem.
